About Durbanville Children’s Home
Durbanville Children’s Home has been providing a safe, nurturing environment for children for many years. It is one of the oldest children’s homes in South Africa.
The Home offers care, guidance and stability to children who cannot live with their biological families, while also working to strengthen and restore family relationships wherever possible.
Every child deserves to feel safe, valued and hopeful about their future — and this is what Durbanville Children’s Home strives to provide every day.

This year The Wall Foundation will partner with Lydia Ladies' Residence in Stellenbosch to host a Magical Christmas Party for all the kids and staff at the Durbanville's Children's Home.

The biggest challenge for a charity, such as The Durbanville Children's Home, is cash flow. We urge you to consider making a monthly contribution of R100,00 and help them improve their service delivery to children in need. Their mandate is to care for 144 traumatized children who were placed in their care by the court and fully provide for all their needs. Read more on how you can do that here...
